I have three of your phones. I have done the initial battery charge and as instructed on page 10 of thev instruction book, I am waiting for the batteries to "fully discharge" before putting a handset back on the base station. Unfortunately I do not know how to tell the batteries are "fully discharged"
At present the handset makes an ocasional low bleeping sound and the screen reeds "batteries empty", the battery symbol in top right of screen is flashing and mostly it shows the batterty symbol empty, but sometimes it shows it not quite empty and the p[hone is not yet completely dead. I have been trying to enter some phone numbers into the phone list but it goes blank in mid entry. The battery does not seem to have enough charge to support the act of number entry, but still will switch on and receive calls though it does sometimes shut down when a call comes in. How can I tell the batteries are fully discharged? what determines that the batteries are fully discharged?
